Blush Colored Bridal + Boudoir

I am thrilled to announce that our Blush Colored Bridal + Boudoir inspiration shoot has been featured on The White Wren today!

Brides are often excited and nervous when they are getting ready for the big day. The makeup artist is often the first person to see all the emotions on the bride’s face. In this shoot, my wife, Nicole Wang, is a professional makeup and hair artist. Our handstand and wife duo team was inspired from many brides’ emotions and reactions during the getting-ready sessions we have seen in the past. We think there can be intimacy and calmness as well. We added a soft, luxury, and lacy bridal robe to the getting ready session to create the feel of intimacy. With white bedding and natural lights in the studio, we were able to set up a mini boudoir session. Shoes and perfume are a transition to connecting the boudoir session to the completion of the getting-ready session. Followed by the same concept, we added a blush and dusty rose colored tablescape. While there was no dedicated wedding planner involved for this shoot, the makeup artist and I were able to put all things together to demonstrate the beauty and romance from our perspective, and we thought this was not only a great experience but also inspiring to many other wedding professionals.
